Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks and cash are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, cancellation notice must be received at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel less than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the room rate.
Restrictions: Outdoor smoking areas are provided. Due to County Health Department rules, guests cannot use the kitchen to prepare meals. In respect for the age and historic value of the Manor, ice chests must be left on the back porch or in guest cars.
Breakfast: A complimentary breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. Morning coffee service to your door begins at 7:00 a.m.
Special Events: Weddings, receptions and conferences.
Pets: Due to proper care and maintenance of the Historic Nerdrum House, we have had to discontinue accommodating for pets.
